What is relationship counselling
Relationship counselling is a talking therapy where we work together and address any relationship issues which might be causing conflict, uncertainty or distress. I look to offer a safe haven for couples to express their needs and fears and to work towards resolving anger and conflict. This allows you both to be heard and listened to and encourages equal voices to highlight understanding. Couples can aim to work towards moving forward without blame. I also work with individuals who wish to look at their relationship patterns, seek understanding and look for ways to move ahead.
